Payment Policy
We do not accept personal cheques, however for your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Direct Debit and cash. Returns are for credit only and must be accompanied by receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Because a time is reserved especially for you, we require a courteous 24 hour notice of your cancellation. "No show" appointments or same day cancellations may be subject to a "missed appointment" charge. All Esthetique "packages" must be guaranteed with a credit card or prepayment.

Children
As we have no facility for children and in consideration of other guests' and your comfort and relaxation, we encourage you to provide care for your children elsewhere during your reserved time.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, we will do everything possible to complete your service on time. However, this may not always be possible. We may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cell Phones
We thank you for turning off your cell phone. Having wet gel or polish smudged will result in your technician having to redo part of your service.
